Greek yogurt topped with mixed berries, blood orange slices, and granola. Use the below measurements as a general guide, but feel free to adjust both the portions and proportions however you like!
Spread half of the yogurt on the bottom of each bowl.
Pour the frozen berries into a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave them in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until berries are thawed and juices are released. This should only take about 1-2 minutes total. Spoon half of the berries on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
Arrange two blood orange slices among the berries in each bowl, then top with a generous sprinkling of granola. Enjoy!
