Blood Orange and Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

Greek yogurt topped with mixed berries, blood orange slices, and granola. Use the below measurements as a general guide, but feel free to adjust both the portions and proportions however you like!

  • 2/3 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 blood orange (sliced into 4 quarter inch slices)
  • handful of your favorite granola*


  1. Spread half of the yogurt on the bottom of each bowl.

  2. Pour the frozen berries into a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave them in 30 second intervals, stirring in-between, until berries are thawed and juices are released. This should only take about 1-2 minutes total. Spoon half of the berries on top of the yogurt in each bowl. 

  3. Arrange two blood orange slices among the berries in each bowl, then top with a generous sprinkling of granola. Enjoy!
